Symptoms
When re-seeding 'Item' module, batch is ending with error: ORA-12899: value too large for column

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log In EICS.
2. Admin>Technical Maintenance>Initial Data Load.
3. Item Header module (run delete) *Note - all depended modules should be deleted first
4. Item Header module - submit seed.
