Symptoms
Line Manager is not receiving the Absence approval notification emails.
Below error is found in the Transaction Console log for the corresponding approval transactions.

Client received SOAP Fault from server : JBO-FND:::FND_CMN_INVALID_ATTRB_API_SERV: The value of the attribute Query isn't valid.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an absence and send it for approval
2. Transaction fails.
