ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

We are seeing a performance issue with the POM batch IBCALC_JOB in CFS DEV1.
The IBCALC_JOB completed within 1 min till 16th Jan nightly cycle. As part of 17th Jan nightly cycle the IBCALC_JOB took 5 mins for completion. As part of 18th Jan nightly cycle the IBCALC_JOB took 17 mins for completion. It continued for couple of days and as part of 24th Nightly cycle the job ran for around 49 mins. As of today the job is running from 50mins to 1hr.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open nightly cycle from above link
2) Execute the IBCALC_JOB
3) Observe the perforance issue of the job
