Symptoms
WFORDUPLD Job skipping files and moving to Reject folders if the job fails with fatal error.
Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Run WFORDUPLD job. Make sure it fails with fatal error(For e.g the job fails with fatal error if there is a lock on the item_loc record).
2. Not all the unprocessed files are dumped to reject folder.
