Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to run Quickpay,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

Tax Deduction information isn't available for the employee. Details: You must have a tax deduction card assigned to the employee as on the Process Date of the payroll run or QuickPay. Associate the card to the tax reporting unit of the employee and define tax information for each assignment of the employee. Upon termination of the employee, enter Final Close date on the assignment that's later than the effective date of the payroll process. The Final Close Date Ends the payroll assignment and occurred in table pay_payroll_assignments at location xxxx.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run quickpay
2. get error for one employee
