Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Microsoft Teams Attendance Not Updated After 23B Is Applied (Doc ID 2956998.1)

Symptoms

Learners who had attended a Microsoft Teams meeting for 90% of the allocated time, had the "Not Started" status, despite the configuration being set to mark learners complete once they reach the 70% threshold.


Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create an ILT (Instructor-Led) Offering with a condition that learners will be marked "Completed" once they are above 70% attended time. 
  2. Learners attend for 90% of the time.
  3. Their status still shows as "Not Started" instead of "Completed".
