Symptoms

Using Oracle Visual Builder Add-in for Excel you are trying to publish an Integrated Excel Workbook but are getting the error:

An unexpected error has occurred during the current operation. See Details for more information. (VBAFE-02000)

This is happening on Windows. 

Saving to a local file works fine but if you are trying to specify the save location on OneDrive then the VBAFE-02000 occurs.
