Migration of an OCM Instance on OCI Gen-2 (Doc ID 2957094.1)

In certain scenarios, customers can request to migrate their OCI Gen-2 instances.

For example, this type of migration can be requested when looking to clone an instance (say from DEV to STAGE), or if looking to move your PROD instance from immediate upgrade to delayed upgrade (which can't be enabled on an existing OCM instance).

In the latter scenario, this is typically performed with minimal downtime and preserving the original service URL making it completely transparent to both users and existing integrations.
