ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When using a Business Process (BP) Data Picker with a filter criterion using the Contains operator, the results returned appear to be returning only records that equal the filter criteria, instead of contains.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The filter should return a list of records that contain the value in the filter criteria, not just equals.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the affected Shell > BP log
2. Create a new BP record
3. Fill in the necessary information
4. Open the affected data picker data element
5. Note the number of records returned in the “Reference List” Dialog and how the filtered value column shows values that only equal the filtered criteria
6. Navigate to the appropriate BP log to view all the available records.
7. Use Find on Page using List and filter on the value in the filtered criteria and notice that the search returns more records where the filtered column contains the value in the filtered criteria
