Goal

Customer wants to know why anytime they have a rehire, promotion, or transfer from Taleo to Oracle, its not triggering a benefits life event?

This is a known issue related to the the benefit relation not getting created while the push happens from Taleo.

As a workaround, Oracle Support is able to provide a fast formula that will trigger the events.

In this case, the formula provided did not work...
