Weekly Item Forecast Job Not Working Correctly If Input Is A Zip File (Doc ID 2957182.1)

Symptoms

Per MFCS Operations Guide, Chapter 6, Input/Output File Naming Convention for load_item_forecast.ksh, the input file name is *demand*.dat and zip file name is *demand*.zip

LOAD_ITEM_FORECAST_WEEKLY_JOB is not populating the ITEM_FORECAST table as expected if input is a zip file.

Specifically, if the text file was created in Windows instead of *nix, and was zipped in Windows.
