Symptoms

In EICS, uploading same set of data twice for store item stock module, inventory information is getting updated but STORE_ITEM_STOCK.UPDAT_DATE is not getting updated

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Upload the store item data seed data through FTS
2. Upload the same file again on the different date and check update_date.
