Symptoms

No SCFO Flow found for Sales Orders shipped and sold in same BU, event should not be triggered

ERROR
-----------------------
The business event couldn''t be processed because no valid financial orchestration flow was found for the source document information. (FOS-3465118) Details: Take the following actions to fix the problem: Ensure there is a valid financial orchestration flow found for the source document information associated with the business event. Verify that the combination of the business units involved in the flow and the financial orchestration flow is effective for the date of the document associated with the event. And If there is a qualifier rule associated with the financial orchestration flow, then ensure that the rule is evaluated to true for the event data.”

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Create A Sales Order in any BU
2 Perform a Quick Shipment or Auto-Fullfilment (we use lots, but that does not really matter)
3 Create an invoice (Source DOO) via Import AutoInvoice
4 Final Account the Invoice
5 Run Import Revenue Lines
6 Run Transfer Transaction programs for Cost Management
7 Run Create Cost Accounting Distributions (also refreshing/ triggering SCFO)
8 A not Started flow is created in SCFO, at a later time showing the error
