Error Creating Task In Manage Sales Task Templates

In Manage Sales Task Templates
Create a new Template - ok
Create a new Task, fill fields of Task and press "OK".
Error appears


ERROR

"Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #x":

The Manage Sales Task Templates task couldn't be called. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In Manage Sales Task Templates
Create a new Template - ok
Create a new Task, fill fields of Task and press "OK".
Then Error appears as below:

"Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #x":

The Manage Sales Task Templates task couldn't be called. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.."
