Symptoms

When choosing P6 Primavera Virtual Desktop from the Cloud portal page and selecting Primavera Virtual Desktop in the pop-up box, after the start-sgd-client.sgd file downloads and Open is selected, PVD does not open and times out with an error similar to the following:
