Symptoms

Unable to create a resource for a person that was previously a resource but was end dated.
Also, an earlier start data is required.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to identify a resource, errors occur.

ERROR
-----------------------
This person is already a resource for an overlapping date range. (HZ-120205)
A role assignment with an overlapping date range already exists for this resource and this role. (HZ-120004)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Resource Directory
3. From Tasks, select Identify Resources
4. Search for Person Name and Usage
5. Select the row
6. Click the Add as Resource button
7. Click the OK button for: The selected people will be enabled as resources. Do you want to continue?
8. Set the From Date to 2023-01-01
9. Select the Role (for example, Salesperson)
10. Click the Save and Close button
