Asset Transfer page shows error while loading transfer for an asset if location KFF has SVS enabled on any of its segment.

Issue Detail:
----------------
When user tries to transfer asset using Transfer Assets UI(Menu Task: Transfer Assets), ORA-00904: LOCSTRUCTUREINSTANCENUMBER invalid identifier error is thrown. This error occurs only if SVS(Segment Value Security) on any of the segment of location KFF is enabled.
