Symptoms


Not all approvers are notified on supplier profile change for approval supplier spend authorized request.
Approval Routing: Parallel First Responder Wins


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To be notified more than 100 approvers

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Query with existing spend authorized supplier
2. Change Supplier Name
3. Submit for approval
4. The system is notified max 100 approvers. Unable to send more than 100 approvers
5. Actual number of approvers are 103
6. Some approvers are not notified.
