RPCS slowness and Performance issue (Doc ID 2957596.1)

Goal

RPCS slowness was noticed while searching and sorting price changes.


Examples:
1. Searching a price change with Description keyword ( íI%/ ¬E%) took around ~ 5-6 Mins (Earlier it was happening within ~5 secs)
2. Sorting price changes by Approved date in price change search results took around ~ 10 mins( Earlier it was happening within ~10 secs)
