Data Visualization Workbook Filter Not Working (Doc ID 2957611.1)

Symptoms

Any filter condition applied at data visualization (DV) workbook level does not work as expected, when the dataset is built using logical SQL (LSQL) UNION queries.

For example: The dataset is created using LSQL UNION queries as shown below:

When creating a filter condition at DV workbook level to filter any specific employee data, it does not filter correctly.
