SIOCS - Item Basket Report - Error (Doc ID 2957738.1)

Symptoms

On : 22.1 version, Reports

When attempting to download Item Basket report, the following error occurs.

Error downloading the report. Please try again


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to SIOCS web client
2. Inventory Management>Item Basket > Create Item Basket
3. Add items to item basket/save basket
4. Task > Operations > Report
5. Select Item Basket from the drop down list
6. Enter the id of the basket created in step 2



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot print item basket reports.
