Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Contract Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Contracts created from Negotiations are downloaded with Base Contract number as filename instead of the Enterprise Contract Number.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Contracts downloaded in Enterprise Contracts must have the Contract Number as filename.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a Negotiation in Sourcing .
2. Select "Create Contracts" on the Contract Terms Tab
3. Enter Contract Type and Contract Terms Template.
4. This generates a "Base Contract" in Sourcing with a Contract Number *1234*.
5. Negotiation is published -> Suppliers respond -> Award a Supplier.
7. Select "Create Contract" for that Awarded Supplier. This generates a contract in Enterprise Contracts with Contract Number *567*
8. Go to the contract 567 on Enterprise Contracts.
9. Select Download Contract.
10. See that the downloaded filename is 1234.docx (Contract Number from Sourcing) instead of 567.docx (Contract Number from Enterprise Contracts).
