Auto restarting the Read Timed Out error might need some changes and its not a configurable error yet.

The automatic restart is available from April release of AIF DATA schedule and POM app, however the error codes that trigger the automatic restart are
manually defined within POM system options for each batch schedule. The socket timeout exception is probably not included in their system options.
To add this, they should check the following:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to POM > System Configuration > System Options for AIF DATA

Look for variable named RIRestartableErrorMessages, if it does not exist then add it now Add or update the comma-separated list of restartable error codes in this
parameter, for example they should include this list: Context not found, HTTP 400 Bad Request, HTTP 500 Internal Server Error,401 Unauthorized, Read timed out
