Listing of Trade Item Structure Components Fails From View Manager Layout

Symptoms
When accessing a Trade Item Structure that contains more than the UI limit to display the Structure Components, there is a standard system functionality that allows for a hyperlink to be clicked to view the full list of components.
When this link is accessed from the Trade Item Structure Edit Manager Layout, this link works as expected, but when accessed from the Trade Item Structure View Manager Layout, the system will display all Structure Components and not just the ones specific to the original Trade Item Structure.
1. Search for Trade Item Structure
2. Right-click on Trade Item Structure and select Edit
3. Click the hyperlink to view the Structure Components
4. The list of x Structure Components displayed as expected
1. Search for Trade Item Structure
2. Right-click on Trade Item Structure and select View
3. Click the hyperlink to view the Structure Components
4. The list does not contain just the x Structure Components as expected, and instead displays components from multiple different Trade Item Structures
