BP Creator: Destination Record Is Not Created When When All Conditions Are Met and the Source Record Is Sent Rapidly Through the Workflow (Doc ID 2957988.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When routing a workflow type Business Process (BP) record that utilizes a BP Creator type Data Element on ALL the forms in the workflow, and the conditions are met to create the destination record, sending the source record rapidly/quickly through the workflow does not create the destination record as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When all conditions have been met, the BP creator should create the destination record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier
  2. Navigate to affected shell > BP log
  3. Create the source BP record
  4. Send the BP rapidly/quickly through the necessary steps to the terminal step and ensure the auto creation conditions have been met
