ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Company Logo is not showing up on Custom Prints.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Select Custom Print from Log
2. Unable to view image in the Customer Print.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect for the image to show up on Custom Prints.
