Symptoms
Orders not published from MFCS and fail with below error.
Error: Order detail cannot be found for order being published: Order Number %s xxxxx
Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1. Move an approved order to worksheet.
2. Add a new item to the order.
3. Publish the order details. Note there is no entry in ORDER_DETAILS_PUBLISHED
4. Approve the order.
5. Modify the newly added item (bring back the order to worksheet if required).
6. Publish the order details .
