On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Sales Agreement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to edit the Line details for a Contract Template when creating a New Revision. We are able to edit the Header fields but not the Line fields.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to edit the line details for a Contract Template when editing a New Revision.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Contract Workspace > Tasks> Manage Contract Templates.
2. Search for Templates > Select one > Actions > Edit.
3. Click on Actions > Select Create Revision.
4. In pop up window select - Do not version Contract > Click Ok
5. Go to Lines Tab > the fields will appear disabled for edition.
