Symptoms
Problem:
When setting up Two-Way Email Communications for Recruiting Booster an error occurs after clicking Check Connection:
Steps:
- Go to Setup and Maintenance > Recruiting and Candidate Experience > Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management > Messaging Configuration
- Click Add
- Enter a name a description
- For Authentication Type select OAuth
- Enter the rest of the required information
- Click Check Connection
- An error occurs: The connection to the mailbox isn't successful because of this error: AUTHENTICATE failed.. (IRC-1590935)
