NSAW: Unable To Promote Objects From Source To Target (Doc ID 2958115.1)

Symptoms

Users are not able to Select a Target Instance in the NSAW in the Promote Objects page because Target Instance is not displayed under Promotion Option.

Both Source and Target NSAW are currently in version 23.R1.P1
