Newly Pointed OCDS Not Accessible From XSTORE (Doc ID 2958156.1)

Goal

Why OCDS is not accessible from XSTORE after pointing to new/different OCDS URL from XSTORE with below error?

com.micros_retail.xadmin.customization.shared.IntegrationConfigServiceException: dtv.service.ServiceException: javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException: java.io.IOException: Unable to tunnel through proxy. Proxy returns "HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden"
