The Refresh Button On The Business Process Log Page Does Not Update The Workflow Progress Log If The Record is Updated by Integration (Doc ID 2958217.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
The Workflow Progress log is not updated when record is updated by integration.
There is one refresh icon in the Business Process log window. But even if the records are refreshed, the Workflow Progress log still does not get updated with the latest message.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Go to Unifier.
  2. Go to the Project, and find one workflow type Business Process (BP).
  3. Create one record and send it to next step.
  4. Check the BP record , Workflow Progress tab. The creation step log is available.
  5. Send the record to second step.
  6. The record is updated by integration update in the second step.
  7. The Workflow Progress log is not updated after the record is updated by integration.
  8. Refresh browser with F5 and notice the update now shows in the Workflow Progress log. The update will not show in the Workflow Progress log until a browser refresh is done.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The refresh icon in the BP log window can refresh the BP records, then it should also refresh the Workflow Progress log.
