Parent Account Doesn't Appear In The Hierarchy

Goal
On FRS reports don't balance and it looks like one of our Parent accounts doesn't appear in the hierarchy, this could be the cause of our issues and we won't understand how to fix it. The parent has a range detail node that shows correctly on the hierarchy setup but when checking it through FRS the detail node show above the parent as an independent value not linked to that parent.
