Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a Business Process record is Auto-Created, the destination Rich Text Data Element is showing as Loading..

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For Auto-creation to honor the Auto-Population or alternative design for the Rich Text Data Element like it does when manually created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a record using Auto-creation.
  2. Observe the impacted Rich Text Data Element that relies on Auto-population does not get populated and displays Loading.. instead.
