The Gate 'Refresh' Button Does Not Move the Project to the Next Phase and the Last Refresh Date Does Not Change (Doc ID 2958254.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After clicking the Gate Refresh button, nothing happens and an incorrect last refresh date is displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Gate and the last refresh date should change after refreshing.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Log into environment as User.
  2. Navigate to the affected project and select Gates.
  3. Click Refresh and note that the project stays at the affected Gate when the project should have moved, and the Date under the Gate condition is not updated.
