Unable to update a Purchase Agreement Agreement amount value due to error:

ERROR

Amount can’t be reduced below the released amount

The new Agreement Amount is greater than the Released Amount
Original Agreement Amount = 116,320.00
Current Released amount =112,369.22

New Agreement Amount = 113,320.00
113,320.00 > 112,369.22


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Contract Purchase Agreement
Agreement Amount = 116,320.00
2. Current Released Amount  112,369.22
3. Edit Agreement/Create a Change Order
New Agreement Amount = 113,320.00
113,320.00 > 112,369.22
4. See error:
 Amount can’t be reduced below the released amount”
