No Ability to Reassign Record Funding in the Funding Sheet after Version 23.1 Removed Classic View (Doc ID 2958273.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

There is no ability to reassign funding in the Funding Sheet's new interface.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to reassign record funding.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the any Unifier environment version 23.1 and beyond.
  2. Navigate to Any Project > Cost Manager > Funding > Funding Sheet > Funding Sheet.
  3. Open the Project Funding Sheet > Click on "Consumed Funds" column.
  4. Observe there is no way to perform funding reassignment as can be done in Classic view.
