Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Actions Button Not Available For Legacy Learning Record (Doc ID 2958417.1)

Symptoms

When a user creates a legacy learning item for themselves, the "Actions" drop-down menu is unavailable. Due to this problem, the user is unable to use the "Print Certificate" option.

Steps to Reproduce:

Issue in Responsive User Interface (UI):

  1. Navigate to Me -> Learning -> View transcript
  2. Select Legacy learning item record that the learning specialist uploaded for themselves.
  3. Click on name -> "Actions" button not present.


Issue in Redwood Learning User Interface:

  1. Navigate to Me -> Learning -> All Completed Learning -> click on legacy learning item that the learning specialist uploaded for themselves.
  2. On the learning item's page, the "Actions" menu is missing.
