Symptoms

Third Party Pricing Import returns failure on all files if one record fails processing.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Prepare multiple third party pricing flat files and make sure first file in list containing an invalid item.
2. Load different files to imports folder
3. Run third party pricing import job
4. Note all remaining flat files are flagged with failure in job results.
