Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In SOCS item lookup (and across other screens) scanning a VPN for an item with multiple suppliers/countries returns the same SKU multiple times.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The system should find all item instances associated to the VPN scanned
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
