Symptoms

When using the SITMAIN job (after creation a new item list and a new location list) the columns ITEM_LOC.SOURCE_METHOD and ITEM_LOC.SOURCE_WH are populated as null.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Created a new item list.
2. Created a new location list.
3. Created a schedule maintenance.
4. Run the SITMAIN job.
