Symptoms

Action Links (from OBI to Unifier) are randomly unavailable in Construction Intelligence Cloud (CIC) Analytics.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Visualization in CIC Analytics.
2. Right-click on the canvas to open the context menu and the Action Link is not always available in the menu.
