Charts on a workbook are not refreshed after selecting a different value for a parameter

Steps to reproduce:-

- Create a new workbook
- Define a parameter to select from a list of values
- Add the parameter to the global filter bar (or to a Dashboard Filter visualization)
- Create a Bar visualization with an expression filter to apply the parameter. Select different values for the parameter, then the Bar visualization will not refresh automatically
