After 23.B Quarterly Upgrade- Finish Button Is Not Working On OTM Order Configuration Screen

Symptoms
After 23.B OTM Quarterly Upgrade, when user is trying to Update an existing or Create a new Order Configuration and click on the Finish button, it is not saving the data.
When clicking Finish button, nothing happens, and no error message is displayed on OTM UI. However, an Uncaught Type Error can be seen in the browser console.
This observation specifically happens, when one of the below calculation fields is set to Never:
Gross Weight
Net Weight
Total Gross Weight
Gross Volume
Net Volume
Total Gross Volume
Gross Weight
Net Weight
Total Gross Weight
Gross Volume
Net Volume
Total Gross Volume
Changes
This observation appears after 23.B (i.e. 23.2) Quarterly Upgrade for any OTM environment.
