Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: No Consistent Results When Searching Learning Assignments In Different Browsers (Doc ID 2958743.1)

Symptoms

When a learning specialist searches the Learning Assignments page, using the filters "Video" and assignment status "All", Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, provide different responses.

 

Steps To Reproduce


1. Go to My Client Groups -> Learning -> Learning Assignments
2. Select filter "Video" status "All"-> Search
3. Chrome and Edge do not populate any results
4. Firefox displays the results as expected
5. Once updates are made in the browsers, Edge and Firefox do not populate the results, whilst Chrome displays them correctly.
