Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After upgrade to 23.1, users are unable to drill-down into the Project dashboard bar chart to see the Project list.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to drill-down into specific Project lists based on the dashboard bar chart.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the impacted Project.
  2. Open the dashboard.
  3. Click the drop down menu and open the impacted Projects list.
  4. Attempt to drill-down into a specific Project on the list.
  5. Observe you cannot.
