Symptoms
When attempting to authenticate to APEX using an Identity Provider (IdP), the following error occurs:
Error: Error processing request.
Contact your application administrator. Details about this incident are available via debug id <debug_id>
Then when inspecting the detailed debug log, a message similar to the following can be found:
"exp" is in the past: 1687537035, now is 1687597961, leeway is 60 sec
(sometimes, the error says: "exp" is in the future)
Also, this issue has been reported to show with parameters other than "exp", for example:
"iat" is in the future: 1690811245, now is 1690811175, leeway is 60 sec
