ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to create segmented activity type

Trying to create customer activity types in our OFS environment. We are successfully able to create internal and "regular" customer activity types. When trying to create a customer activity type with feature "Enable segmenting and extended duration" selected, it will not save the customer activity type. No errors - just does not save and add to configuration.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After selecting "Enable segmenting and extended duration" and filling in the required fields, clicking the Add button should save the new activity type.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to environment
2. Menu> Configuration> Activity Type
3. After selecting "Enable segmenting and extended duration" and filling in the required fields, clicking the Add button does not save the new activity type, and no error message is presented.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a new segmentable activity type.
