Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Customer observed difference in the name format of the approval workflow e-mail notification:

FROM: Last Name, First Name
TO: FirstName LastName

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Customer expectation is to have the same name format for both fields

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send contract for approval
2. Review the e-mail notification
