Symptoms

In OCI Cloud Console, Performance Hub for external database returns does not result data.

Following error is reported:

Failed to get performance details for the database. Please refer to Performance Hub setup instructions and ensure they were completed. If the problem persists, contact Oracle Support and provide the following information. Error code = No_Mgmt_Agent_Connection_Exception, request ID = <Request ID>, query ID = <Query ID>, category = End_User_Setup
